The System
The building started in January 2025. One thesis: real software, shipped fast, by one engineer, end-to-end.
In 2026, the work became BuildingRome. Seven products built: four on the App Store, four on Google Play, all seven on the web, and the newest, GritLock, launching in both stores now. Each one runs on a shared foundation that grows with every release. Authentication, payments, App Store submissions, deploys, monitoring. All solved once. Reused on the next build.
